Praful Tickoo

Praful leads HR Analytics function for Genpact. In his current role, he is responsible for solving complex business problems within HR using Machine Learning, Advanced analytics and digital tools. With overall work experience of 10 years, Praful is a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from Genpact. He is an MBA from SP Jain School of Global Management and B.E (Electrical) from Mumbai University.
