Payal Sondhi

Payal Sondhi works with SILA as Assistant General Manager - Human Resources. Post her graduation in Instrumentation and Control Engineering, Payal then moved on to pursue her MBA in Human Resource Management from International Management Institute(Delhi). She had begun her professional career as a Management trainee with Financial Inclusion Networks and Operations Ltd which is now known as FINO payment bank and was later promoted to the position of Assistant Manager(Talent Management) where she took care of the performance management process for employees across cadres. She joined SILA in 2016, here she is the Assistant General Manager of the Human Resources department and looks after the entire gamut of HR verticals
