Dr. Meenakshi Aggarwal Gupta is currently working as Associate Professor at Indian Institute of Management, Indore. She is a fellow (PhD) of the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. She works in the areas of performance management, leadership and managerial competency assessment and Development. She has conducted training programs on competency based HRM, performance coaching, cross cultural communication, team building, leadership development, decision making etc. She has also published several case studies and research papers in national and international journals.
