He is a Doctorate in the field of Organization Behavior from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS), Mumbai, India and has around 24 years of experience in research & practice, training and consultancy in the areas of Human Resources Measurement, Organization Development (OD), Leadership, Learning & Development and Talent Analytics. He was also a postdoctoral research scholar at the Sloan School of Management, Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), Boston.
He has published various articles in multiple national/international Journals like the Journal of Entrepreneurship and Human Resources Management, Gartner’s Quarterly, The Economic Times, and HRD Newsletters.
