Dr. Ridhi Rani is a Certified HR analytics and metrics Professional (CHAMP), Assistant Professor (HR), at Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Symbiosis International (Deemed University). She holds Doctorate (Ph. D) in Management from B.R.A.B. University, Muzzafarpur in Bihar. She has completed her MBA from Jaipuria Institute of Management, Lucknow and Masters in Political Science from Faculty of Arts, Delhi University. Her research interests are HR analytics, Human Resource Development, Compensation, Benefits and Leadership. She has finished the famous Faculty Development Programme from IIM Ahmedabad last year and is a proud Alumna of the esteemed and renowned institution.
