Chitra Byregowda heads Mindtree’s Sustainability, Diversity and Inclusion, Health and Wellbeing initiatives globally. In this role, she is responsible for developing and implementing Diversity & Inclusion framework in aspects like Talent Management, communication, training, Infrastructure, policies and awareness and governance. Chitra has 16 years of relevant experience in the Service and Manufacturing sectors and has been with Mindtree since 2012.
