Alok Narain has over 25 years of experience in Hospitality, Telecom, and Engineering sectors and his career spans across operations, training, and human resources. Alok is credited to building several people practices in the BPO industry in India and has led many change management initiatives. Prior to Quatrro, he was heading Training and Quality with Convergys India Services. He has spent his early career in the hospitality space where he worked in several roles including operations, education, and HR.
