Allen Sequeira has over 30 years of experience in Human Resources and has expertise in the field of HR strategy and leadership development. He was instrumental in creating a talent management process and succession planning architecture at Mahindra. Prior to joining Mahindra, he was Head of HR at Castrol India. Sequeira has also worked with Tata Sons and ACC serving various HR roles from operations to strategy. He is credited with establishing a Group Center for Learning & Development at Mahindra Group.
