In his 12.5 years tenure at CACTUS, Akshay has had the opportunity to play various roles. He is currently managing the L&D function at CACTUS. His exposure to various functions at CACTUS has enabled him to connect with the challenges faced by leaders and design relevant interventions around those challenges.
