As Director of Learning at Delta Air Lines, he is responsible for learning and development for the company's global airport operations. As a practitioner, educator, and business leader, Brandon has developed extensive expertise in the areas of talent management, leadership development, technical and compliance training, influence and change management, and innovative pedagogical design.

An empathetic and objective certified executive coach with a focus on leading with purpose and congruence, she strives to influence the white spaces between organizational boxes, and unlock enterprise performance.

At People Matters L&D SEA 2021, Abhilasha will be sharing insights on how innovation and leadership agility is a critical differentiator at Diageo. In a post-COVID-19 world, this session will focus on creating and building inclusion as a base and how innovation follows.

Aye Wee Yap, SVP, Head of Learning & Development and Organization Development, Group Human Resources, OCBC Bank

Aye Wee Yap spearheads the Learning and Development at the OCBC Bank. A believer in the power of "why not?” she traverses life with the passion of an intrepid adventurer. She made the leap into the banking industry 10 years ago and has headed Service Transformation, led a 400-strong team of dedicated Contact Centre professionals across Singapore and Malaysia, dabbled as a Data Protection Officer and is now Head of the OCBC Campus – the only Corporate City Campus in Singapore. She continues to inspire and be inspired by her vibrant team, hell-bent on making a positive change to OCBC and to the world.

At the People Matters L&D SEA Conference 2021, Aye Wee Yap is joining us for an exclusive session and will focus on the cultural pillars of OCBC Bank that led to continuous learning during COVID-19. She will share intuitive insights on how a learning organization is a primitive concept and what we need to do to imbibe and practice the 3 key design principles of mastery, autonomy, and relativeness.

Annie has over 23 years of experience in the areas of Talent Management & Acquisition, Career Transition & Leadership Development, HR transformation, Change Management, and International Recruitment. Annie enjoys being mentor-coach to senior leaders and in-house trainer-the-trainer for best talent management and recruitment practices. Being a global citizen, Annie has managed large teams and high volume recruitment and talent management across over 20 APAC countries and two stints of overseas assignments in China (based in Shanghai) and a short stint in Australia. Annie speaks and writes fluent English and Chinese amongst other Asian dialects.
