Network International gets Nelly Boustany as Chief Human Resources Officer

Network International, a leading digital solutions provider for financial firms across the MEA region, has named Nelly Boustany as their new Chief Human Resources Officer, effective immediately. 

In her new role, Nelly will lead HR functions, strategy, and programmes across the Middle East and Africa region. She brings over 20 years of core HR leadership experience across industries in the region. 

Before this appointment, she worked with SAP as Senior Director of HXM Value Advisory for over 12 years. Prior to that, she served Nokia Networks as Talent, Leadership & Organization Development Manager for MEA for nearly five years, and at Siemens AG as HR Manager for ME Regional HQ for about seven years. These roles have bolstered her expertise in business transformation, strategic expansion, efficiency improvement, and mergers and acquisitions.

Furthermore, Nelly is a globally accomplished public speaker who shares her leadership insights on the future of work and HR digital transformation
