Revelyst appoints Joyce Butler as Chief Human Resources Officer

Revelyst has announced the appointment of Joyce Butler as the new Chief Human Resources Officer, with effect from January 2024.

In her new role, Joyce brings more than 25 years of experience across health care, technology, and entertainment sectors. She will be responsible for driving the talent strategy of the organisation. She previously served as the CHRO and Senior Vice President at Avid Technology for over two years.

Prior to Avid, Joyce served in leadership roles at PTC, Unispace, Hasbro, Lifespan, and Citizen Bank. She also worked with Boston Financial Services and AT&T at the beginning of her career. Her core competencies include talent strategy, executive compensation planning, HR transformation, organisational development, HR consulting, HR policies, employee engagement, corporate training, learning and development, people and culture.  

On the academic front, Joyce holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Sales and Meeting Management from Johnson and Wales University. She also earned a Master of Science degree in Training and Organisational Development from Lesley University. She bolstered her HR expertise with certificate courses in HR Management from Bentley University and Executive Coaching from William James College.
