Paradox acquires Traitify, to simplify hiring process

Paradox, an AI based recruiting software platform, recently announced the acquisition of Traitify, a mobile assessment platform. The acquisition will enhance the overall recruitment process, using mobile assessments, as per the candidate's skills, suitability and recruiter's requirements. It will modify and innovate the hiring procedures using fast visual based assessments. The mobile assessments are reported to bring 96% accuracy rates.

Paradox has been simplifying hiring using advanced technologies and artificial intelligence for global giants such as Unilever and McDonald's. The company was also recently ranked among the top 5% of the prestigious Inc. 5000 list of America's fastest-growing private companies. The recent acquisition is said to be a signpost for Paradox, as it has now collaborated with Traitify's visual-based assessments, leaving behind the traditional assessment technology. 

Traitify is a platform that uses mobile based visual assessments to generate personality insights, aiding recruiters find a suitable match for the job openings. The mobile assessments are reported to be very short and can be completed in less than two minutes. The combined fast and advanced technologies of the two software giants, will eradicate obstacles for hourly candidates and create a more efficient talent acquisition team.

The mobile assessment company has been working with Paradox and rendering services to a number of clients including, ResultsCX and McDonald's along with HCM platforms such as iCims, Workday, etc. After the launch of mobile assessments, Traitify entered a significant growth phase. The mobile assessment software is on the Big Five framework and backed by over 50 years of scientific research by I/O psychologists. 

Speaking on the recent acquisition, Paradox founder and CEO, Aaron Matos revealed the company's goal to foster a software company that is solely client centric. Matos is thrilled about the collaboration and acquisition, calling it a great fit to simplify and scale up the hiring processes for recruiters, using advanced technologies and automation.
