Unilever's Global Learning & Well-being Partner to join Coca-Cola

FMCG company Coca-Cola announced that Unilever’s Global Learning & Wellbeing Partner Rashmi Sharma would  join the popular beverage company in the role of Global Leadership & Learning Director.

In her new role, she will drive future-focused capability across all employees, leadership levels and functions for their Bottling Investments Group across the globe. As the well-being leader, she spearheaded initiatives to support employees through COVID-19 crisis focused on building a culture of psychological safety, launching mindfulness and creating a community of mental health champions.

Cyara names former Electronics Arts exec as Chief People Officer

Cyara had announced the appointment of Jeramy Braidish as its new Chief People Officer of the company last week. He would be tasked with leading human resources strategy which would include compensation and benefits, talent acquisition, talent development, business partner activities as well as leading all human resources functions globally.

Human resources (HR) industry veteran Jeremy Braidish brings more than 20 years of experience as an HR executive and is known for architecting and deploying solutions that align with the needs of the workforce, business and customers.

Fractal names new Chief Information Officer

Fractal (fractal.ai) announced the appointment of Manish Tiwari as Chief Information Officer last week. 

In his role at the global provider of artificial intelligence and advanced analytics solutions to Fortune 500® companies, Manish would be responsible for strategizing and execution of digital transformation for the company and oversee IT operations, cyber security & risk management.

IMF appoints new head of international economic management training

International Monetary Fund (IMF) Managing Director Kristalina Georgieva announced the appointment of Dominique Desruelle as Director of the Institute for Capacity Development (ICD), the arm of the Fund that provides training in economic management to officials of IMF member countries last week. He will officially start his role from today i.e 24th December 2021.

Desruelle, a French national, started his career on the IMF staff in 1995 as an economist in the Strategy, Policy and Review Department. Over the past 27 years, he has held a number of senior positions at the IMF including as Deputy Director for ICD from May 2012 to January 2017 and Deputy Director for the African Department from January 2017 to July 2020.
