Aruna Jayanthi, Managing Director, Asia Pacific and Latin America Business Unit Capgemini

Aruna Jayanthi is the Managing Director, Asia Pacific and Latin America Business Unit, Capgemini. She is also a Member of the Group Executive Committee. Prior to this, Aruna was Head of Capgemini’s Business Services, a global strategic business unit of over 26,000 people that delivers enhanced operational agility and accelerated transformation of business processes. She has over 30 years of experience in the IT services industry and has worked in key roles in multinational and Indian system integrator companies.

Jason Averbook, CEO & Co-Founder, Leapgen

 

Jason Averbook is a leading analyst, thought leader and consultant in the area of human resources, the future of work and the impact technology has on that future. He is the Co-founder and CEO of Leapgen, a global consultancy helping organizations shape their future workplace by adopting forward-looking workforce practices and fast-innovating technologies personalized for their business. Prior to founding Leapgen, Jason served as the CEO of The Marcus Buckingham Company.

Nadiah Tan Abdullah, CHRO, S P Setia Berhad

Nadiah comes with more than 20 years of HR expertise, with a focus on Organizational Development and Change Management. Her experiences span across both local and Fortune 500 multinationals in various industries with local/regional and HQ roles, winning regional and global awards for her contributions. Her passion has always been in the workaround Women and Leadership and has played lead roles within diversity advocate initiatives with TalentCorp, Advisor to Gorgeous Geeks and CyberJaya Women network and now the co-lead for the HR workstream for the 30% Club in Malaysia. A strong believer in coaching and mentoring, she is a certified Coach and an NLP Practitioner.

William Tincup, President, RecruitingDaily

 

William is the President of RecruitingDaily. At the intersection of HR and technology, he’s a Writer, Speaker, Advisor, Consultant, Investor, Storyteller & Teacher. He's been writing about HR related issues for over a decade. William serves on the Board of Advisors / Board of Directors for 20 HR technology startups. William is a graduate of the University of Alabama of Birmingham with a BA in Art History. He also earned an MA in American Indian Studies from the University of Arizona and an MBA from Case Western Reserve University.
