The fusion of our AI-powered CLM platform with Deloitte India's profound industry knowledge will catalyze digital transformation in the APAC region.'

Deloitte's APAC customers will benefit from an AI-powered CLM platform, providing them with a dynamic source of contract data and intelligence. Similarly, Sirion will gain advantages from this strategic partnership for operations in India.

In recent developments, Mindcrest, a global consultant in legal and business services, has also joined hands with Sirion to integrate AI technology into its legal services, encompassing compliance, contracts, litigation, and legal analytics.

Deloitte has recently appointed industry veteran Manoj Kohli as a senior advisor to spearhead its growth in South Asia.

In other news, Deloitte has resigned as the statutory auditor for the Adani port company, citing concerns outlined in a report by Hindenburg Research. The resignation stems from Deloitte's plans for broader oversight across other companies within the conglomerate, as indicated by the group.
