World Insurance Associates appoints Andrea Haan as new CHRO

The World Insurance Group, a US-based insurance brokerage firm, has announced the appointment of Andrea Haan as its new Chief Human Resources Officer, with immediate effect.

In her new role, Andrea will oversee human capital strategies, including merger and acquisition integration processes, HR operations and infrastructure, and change management initiatives of the company. She brings over 25 years of HR leadership experience across the media, martech, and insurance industries. Most recently, she served Circana as the Senior Vice President of Global Talent for the last four years.

In her previous roles, Andrea worked with IRI as the Senior Vice President of Global Talent and with Allstate in various leadership roles, including Head of Talent Acquisition, Director of Leadership and Executive Development, and HR Director. On the academic front, she holds a bachelor's degree in psychology and a master's degree in labour and industrial relations from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Her core competencies include succession planning, employee engagement, benefits and compensation, performance management, talent acquisition, employee relations, and leadership development.
