Workday appoints tech veteran Paul Henaghan as President of APJ

Workday, Inc., a leader in enterprise cloud applications for finance and human resources, has announced the appointment of Paul Henaghan as President of Asia Pacific and Japan (APJ). 

Paul has succeeded Workday’s former president of APJ, David Webster, who has decided to step down from his role. He will serve in an advisory capacity until April when he will retire from Workday.

Based in Singapore, Paul will lead Workday’s APJ sales efforts as the company continues to accelerate growth in key markets across the region and with more than 800 customers headquartered in APJ.  Paul will report to Patrick Blair, President of global sales at Workday.

With over two decades of experience in the enterprise technology sector, Paul brings with him a wealth of knowledge and expertise in business development, sales analytics, sales field operations, partner ecosystems, and value engineering. He joined Workday in 2020 to lead APJ field operations with his most recent role as vice president of field operations, international.
