Syniti appoints Craig Ayers as Chief People Officer

Syniti, a US-based software company, has announced the appointment of Craig Ayers as Chief People Officer, with immediate effect.

In this new role, Craig contributes over 25 years of leadership experience spanning operations and finance. He will oversee global HR functions, encompassing talent management, recruitment, and employee engagement. Additionally, Craig will supervise Employee Resource Groups, fostering a sustainable and evolving culture that is both unique and inclusive.

In his previous roles, Craig served at Journey as the Co-Founder, Chief Financial Officer, and Chief Operating Officer, and at Capgemini as Senior Vice President, CFO, and COO. He also worked at Capgemini Invent’s Frog as CFO and COO for more than eight years. Prior to that, he served at Accenture in various leadership roles, including Director of Mergers & Acquisitions, Director and Country Head of Mauritius operations, and Director of North America operations.
