D2L appoints Amy Clark as Chief People Officer

D2L, a global software company, has announced the appointment of Amy Clark as Chief People Officer, effective from January 2024.

In her new role, Amy brings around 20 years of experience across the finance and insurance sectors. She most recently served Colliers in the capacity of Senior Vice President of People Services for North America. Prior to that, she spent more than 17 years at Manulife, holding roles including VP of Employee Experience and Global HR, and AVP of the Global Transformation Delivery Team and People Lead. Her core competencies include employee benefits, learning and development, leadership coaching, employee relations, performance management, strategic HR, HRIS, project management, and culture change.

D2L has also announced the promotion of Lee Poteck to Chief Revenue Officer. Lee joined the company in 2012 and most recently held the role of Senior Vice President, Sales & Customer Success.

Amy announced her new role on LinkedIn in January 2024, stating, “I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Chief People Officer at D2L! I'm excited to work with this dynamic company with a strong purpose and mission to help transform the way the world learns!”
