Bidvest Noonan appoints Julie Mernagh as Chief People & Culture Officer

Bidvest Noonan, a global outsourcing firm and a subsidiary of Bidvest Group, has announced the appointment of Julie Mernagh as its Chief People and Culture Officer, with immediate effect.

Julie, who recently departed from Vodafone Group in Ireland as the Global Head of Leadership Development, brings over 20 years of experience. She has also held senior leadership roles at Accenture, AIB, and PwC. Her core competencies include leadership development and assessment, skills and learning, organization design, strategic workforce planning, business transformation, talent and succession, business and executive coaching, diversity and inclusion, business and HR strategy, and people and culture initiatives.

In her new role, Julie will oversee the People and Culture team and formulate people-centric strategies to foster an enriched workplace and enhance the employee experience.
