Crewscale CEO and Co-founder Raghu Bharath says, “The right talent might not be in the same zip code. Companies now do not want to miss out on a chance to hire global talent on-demand and bring an international touch to their brand while saving time and effort on multiple interview rounds only because of geographical constraints.”

Companies like Vedantu, Ola, Uber, Turvo and many others from countries like the US, India, Singapore, and also East Asia, Eastern Europe regions have already used Crewscale's solution to hire diverse talent. Going forward, the California-based marketplace, aims to hire over 200 new top and global developers by the end of 2021 for skills.

The 200 global remote developers will be hired for skills including but are not limited to React, Node, Java, DevOps, UI/UX, RoR, Python, Javascript, Angular, etc.

The remote talent is from 110+ countries across the globe like Egypt, Hong Kong, India and from East Asia, Eastern Europe, South America regions. The traction that Crewscale has received shows an increasing number of top talent are ready to offer their skills to companies regardless of geographical location.

In the last one year, the remote hiring has seen a reasonable increase. It is encouraging to see that employers are now no longer restircted to geograohies to recruit top talent, they have a wider pool to target. However, that entails creating more inclusive policies as well, and rethinking talent management, from sourcing to onboarding to engaging.
