Willis Towers Watson partnered with Tandem HR Solutions to optimize real-time feedback cultures in global organizations.
The global advisory firm will apply its change management and employee engagement expertise to Tandem HR Solutions’ mobile phone-based technology platform, which enables real-time feedback for both employees and managers.
The new global relationship means that clients of both organizations can be supported in any transition away from traditional annual performance feedback approaches to continuous ‘always on’ feedback.
