Google Cloud ropes in former SAP executive as VP HR

Google Cloud has appointed Brigette McInnis-Day as new Vice President of HR. She comes with a total experience of over 20 years and has managed board level HR and digital transformation strategies. 

McInnis-Day has also led global organizational change and redesign and helped senior level executives in their transformation journey. As per the report, she enjoys amplifying employee experiences, revamping compensation elements and stimulating people development. Building cultures that promote women and early talents in leadership, diversity and inclusion, pay equality and digital transformation are some of her key interests. 

In her most recent role at SAP SuccessFactors she was working as Chief Operations Officer and was also heading the digital HR strategy and transformation teams. In this role at SAP SuccessFactors she has defined and implemented business strategies that were needed to achieve sustainable growth and customer satisfaction across company’s largest cloud organization. She has always been committed to establish the right goals, culture and vision, and she joins Google Cloud with same commitment. 

In her new role at Google Cloud, McInnis-Day looks  forward to playing an active role among the growing Google Cloud talent pool. She will lead large-scale, global teams and help individuals succeed through innovation. As Google Cloud looks to foster more innovation, acquiring and developing talent and shaping the culture to drive business growth and transformation will be the key priorities for McInnis-Day.
