Fintech startup EnKash has announced the onboarding of four leaders across the leadership roles. The spend management and corporate card dealing firm has roped in Lalit Arun as Head of Banks and Financial Institutions Alliances; Abhishek Miglani as Head of Corporate Alliances and Partnerships; Krishna Kumar SV as Head of Operations, and Amandeep Arora as Head of Communications.  

The appointments come at a time when EnKash is eyeing its next phase of growth through new enterprise-grade payment products and international expansion in the US and European markets.

EnKash Co-founder, Hemant Vishnoi said ,“At EnKash, we are building a high-performance team with product at its core. As we move towards facilitating the entire “Cards and Payments'' spectrum with a line-up of new spend management offerings, we welcome these industry stalwarts who will be spearheading their respective verticals, during the Company’s scaling phase. “

He also added that their extensive experience in the respective domains will be an asset to the company and provide EnKash an upper hand in the competitive global market. 

The first name to come through the door is Lalit Arun, who will lead partnerships with Banks & Financial Institutions at EnKash. He is a seasoned leader with over two decades of experience in the payments space and exposure to multiple functional and sectoral areas. He counts Creditas Solutions, Innoviti Payments and HDFC bank as its previous employers.  

As the new Head of Corporate Alliances and Partnerships, Abhishek Miglani will be responsible for hiring, onboarding, and managing strategic partners and channels at EnKash across several business segments. He has over ten years of exposure and has previously worked with Boston Consulting Group, EY and PwC.

In his new role, Krishna Kumar SV will be in charge of developing the operational strategy and implementing the systems for a cutting-edge client experience. He is laden with over ten years of experience and has held leadership positions at ICICI, American Express, HSBC, PhonePe, and Axis Bank.

Amandeep Arora will be tasked with spearheading overall communications for EnKash. She has fifteen years of experience as a communication and reputation specialist. Prior to joining EnKash, she has worked for Policybazaar, Paisabazaar, MobiKwik, Docprime, Max Life Insurance, National Stock Exchange, Bajaj Capital, Radico Khaitan, Reebok, and Haier.

EnKash currently houses one hundred and twenty employees and has recently announced plans to double its team size within this year. In alignment with its projected growth, the company plans to strategically increase its team strength to 500 within FY 23-24.
