Cyara names former Electronics Arts exec Jeremy Braidish as Chief People Officer

Cyara names former Electronics Arts exec Jeremy Braidish as Chief People Officer

Automated Customer Experience (CX) assurance platform provider Cyara has announced the appointment of Jeramy Braidish as its new Chief People Officer of the company. He will be reporting to CEO Alok Kulkarni and would be tasked with leading human resources strategy which would include compensation and benefits, talent acquisition, talent development, business partner activities as well as leading all human resources functions globally.

Human resources (HR) industry veteran Jeremy Braidish brings more than 20 years of experience as an HR executive and is known for architecting and deploying solutions that align with the needs of the workforce, business and customers. He will also be a key member of Cyara’s Executive Operating Committee, which collaborates to ensure Cyara continues to build and foster an inclusive culture that attracts, retains and develops the best team. The Cyara HR team will report to him directly. 

“Jeremy will be a great asset to the Cyara executive team with his HR expertise spanning over two decades. His role as CPO will be critical as we strive to further expand our innovative and diverse team of Cyarans, “As a progressive business leader committed to building growth and productivity, Jeremy is an ideal person to champion this effort,” said Alok Kulkarni, CEO of Cyara. 

Before joining Cyara, Braidish served as vice president of human resources at Electronic Arts (EA) for its Worldwide Studios organization, where he spent the last four years overseeing HR for EA's game developers. Prior to that, he held leadership roles in organizational development and learning, talent acquisition, total rewards and HR business partnerships at leading companies such as Avaya, Honeywell and Dell. 

"With the increasing demand for CX testing and assurance, Cyara is at an exciting stage, experiencing 25% YoY growth for the third consecutive year and growing offices in North America, Europe and Australia,” said Jeremy Braidish, CPO of Cyara.
