Mandadi is a digital strategist with close to two decades of experience. He counts MGM Resorts International, Disney Parks, Experiences and Products and American Express as his previous employers.
CVS Health hires Tilak Mandadi for the newly created role of Chief Data, Digital & Technology Officer

CVS Health has announced that they have hired MGM Resorts’ Tilak Mandadi for the company’s newly created role of Chief Data, Digital and Technology Officer (CDD&TO), effective from July 25th 2022. He would be directly reporting to CEO Karen S.Lynch.

In his new role as Executive Vice President and CDD&TO, he would be tasked with setting up CVS’ data, digital and technological strategies along with overseeing innovation and growth. He would be streamlining processes and digital-led consumer-focused services. 

CVS Health president and CEO Karen S. Lynch said, “Technology is a catalyst for value-creation and growth at CVS Health. It is crucial that we continue to enhance customer engagement and experiences, and we're confident Tilak will drive these efforts as we prioritize serving consumers wherever and whenever they need health care.”

Prior to joining CVS, Mandadi was MGM Resorts International’s chief strategy, innovation & technology officer for a year. He has also served in senior digital strategy roles for Disney Parks, Experiences and Products, and American Express with a collective experience of almost two decades.

Mandadi completed his Master in Science (MS) in Computer Science from University of Oregon. He will be based out of the USA.
