San Diego based, residential real estate properties company, Sunrise Management recently announced the appointment of Hector Rodela as New Regional Vice President for its San Diego Headquarters. Rodela has been entrusted to handle all real estate property management functions in the Southern California region.

Rodela comes with deep expertise in real estate and property management. His people management skills and experience, and his awareness of the region, make him a good fit for the role.

In his new role as Regional Vice President, Rodela will head and manage all the transactions related to real estate and property management such as, lease-ups, property renovations, value add acquisitions, capital improvisations on existing properties as well as on new constructions. He will manage and expand the company's business and its reach across the Southern California region.

With over 10 years of experience, Rodela has gained extensive knowledge and expertise in community development, real estate, management of properties, portfolios, clientele, revenue, business operations as well as people management. Prior to Sunrise Management, Rodela worked for 10 years and served diverse roles from community manager to Senior regional portfolio manager at ConAm Management Corporation. He has also worked at Capaz as Community Developer.

Rodela completed his Bachelor's in Arts from The University of Texas at El Paso. He also did a course on Organizational and Corporate Communication, Tourism and travel services marketing operations.
