Staffing software provider Bullhorn acquires search-and-match platform SourceBreaker

The acquisition is expected to enhance Bullhorn’s portfolio of providing solutions for talent engagement across the candidate lifecycle. They will now be able to go from sourcing to engagement, and further to onboarding as well as redeployment.

Staffing software provider Bullhorn has announced that it has acquired Al-driven search-and-match platform SourceBreaker, media sources reported. SourceBreaker is based out of London, UK, is already a partner in Bullhorn Marketplace.

As part of the deal, members of SourceBreaker’s senior executive team will remain with the company. This includes chief revenue officer Adam Dale and founder and CEO Steve Beckitt. SourceBreaker will also continue to serve those customers that use customer relationship management and application tracking solutions that is different to Bullhorn.

“Our products can help expand the pool of talent and identify better matches between candidates and jobs,” Beckitt said. 

The acquisition is expected to enhance Bullhorn’s portfolio of providing solutions for talent engagement across the candidate lifecycle. They will now be able to go from sourcing to engagement, and further to onboarding as well as redeployment.

“We believe addition of SourceBreaker’s solutions to our portfolio will help staffing firms meet this challenge head-on by increasing recruiters’ productivity. This will ultimately help boost their fill rates,” Matt Fischer, Bullhorn President and COO, said. 

“SourceBreaker already serves hundreds of Bullhorn customers, and we look forward to bringing their solutions to even more of our customers,” Fischer added. 

In January, Bullhorn had acquired Able. Able provides staffing firms with onboarding automation software and is based out of Cleveland.
