Willis Towers Watson appoints Eva Liu as Head of Health & Benefits for Hong Kong

Willis Towers Watson (WTW) announced the appointment of Eva Liu as Head of Health & Benefits (H&B), Hong Kong. In her role, Eva will set the direction, business strategy, and talent management to drive growth for the H&B business and ensure a high level of client satisfaction and retention. Based in Hong Kong, Eva will report to Royston Tan, Head of Health & Benefits, North Asia (excluding China).

Before taking on this appointment, Eva was Head of Client Servicing and Delivery within the H&B Hong Kong team, a role she has held since she started working in WTW in 2018. Prior to WTW, she had held business development, account management and consulting positions locally and regionally, including spending five years in Mercer before joining WTW.

With 18 years of experience in client management, Eva moved from IT to HR consultancy industry in 2008 and joined the employee benefits business seven years ago. Apart from leading local and regional broking advisory, she has also led diverse benefits projects including benefits harmonization and local rollout, flex consultancy and benefits review.

Commenting on the appointment, Royston said: “With her varied background and deep experience, Eva is very well qualified to take on this important leadership role for our business in Hong Kong. In particular, she had successfully led WTW H&B’s client management and operations teams in delivering its full suite of services and solutions, while also ensuring a high client satisfaction level.”
