His extensive leadership experience includes his time at Make My Trip, HSBC and KPMG.

 

LONDON – Multinational software company SAP has appointed Bhrigu Joshi as Head of People & Culture at its office in the UK. He also serves as Vice President.

“Today, I relocated to London to officially commence the next chapter in my professional and personal life,” Joshi said in a LinkedIn post announcing his new role.

“Much excited to work with my lovely OneP&C team in the UK,” he said.

The HR leader works as part of the UK’s CXO team, delivering business priorities while executing the Global People Agenda in the country.

Prior to this appointment, Joshi was Head of People & Culture at SAP in Ireland, where he worked side by side with other senior leaders. He began his journey at SAP as Director - HRBP, Technology & Innovation when he joined the Bangalore office in 2019.

Joshi’s extensive leadership experience includes his time as HR Director at Make My Trip in Gurgaon, VP of HR at HSBC in Mumbai, and Manager of HR Consulting at KPMG for India, Dubai & Africa.

His expertise in HR ranges from HR business partnering, talent acquisition, performance management, learning and organisational development.

Joshi was part of People Matters’ 2015 batch of “Are You In The List” honourees, a group of up-and-coming HR leaders who represented the best of the best among India’s young professionals.

Apart from his track record as a leader in the corporate sphere, he is also a published author – covering topics such as leadership behaviour transformation, post-merger integration, and optimising organisations – and conducts corporate workshops in the areas of HR visioning, Digital HR, Agile HR and leadership development.
