OMG Malaysia appoints Winnie Chen-Head as CEO

Reporting to APAC CEO Tony Harradine, Winnie Chen-Head aims to drive innovation and client success in the next phase of growth.
Omnicom Media Group has named Winnie Chen-Head as its new CEO for Malaysia. She succeeds Eileen Ooi, who transitioned to the role of CEO at PHD Asia-Pacific last year.
Chen-Head joins OMG from dentsu Malaysia, where she served as Managing Director of Media, overseeing its portfolio of agency brands.
With a career spanning over two decades, she has held leadership positions across a diverse range of industries – including e-commerce, aviation, telecommunications, and software – earning a reputation for crafting high-impact strategies that drive both client success and organisational growth.
Her appointment comes at a momentous time for OMG Malaysia. The company is reportedly experiencing its most successful year to date.
Powered by Omnicom’s cutting-edge Omni open operating system, which enhances business outcomes for brands, the agency has secured and retained its roster of clients, including OPPO, Wipro Unza, CelcomDigi, Vinda, and Friesland Campina.
Chen-Head will report directly to Tony Harradine, CEO for APAC at Omnicom Media Group. She will officially assume her new role on 19 March.
