Dr. Nattavut Kulnides, CEO of ADGES, a leading Thai-based firm specializing in executive development and human potential consulting, will be advising Cornerstone OnDemand, a cloud-based learning, talent management and experience software firm, in order to help them build their local presence in Thailand. 

With a vast experience in large scale business transformation and change management, he is involved in global consulting firms, logistics and transportation sector including multinational luxury car business. He is passionate about service innovation and innovation management and his research continues to focus on these areas as an academic. At the same time, as a seasoned executive he has hands-on experience of having a successful portfolio of business turnaround. 

As an adviser to Cornerstone OnDemand, a firm that supports organizations such as Thai Union, SCG, and IRPC in Thailand including 200 other global clients as well, Dr. Nattavut will be spearheading business development, talent management, and business strategy for the company in Thailand.
