Yamini Shridevi is an HR professional and started her career as a Business partner HR in an IT company and very soon realized that HR is a Strategic partner that creates and builds people processes that align to the business and the organizational vision at large. I am extremely driven towards building and streamlining processes in the areas of Talent Management, Learning & Engagement, I believe that robust processes in these functions would create a positive shift in the organization.
