Shelly Singh is the Cofounder & EVP at PeopleStrong HR Services. She heads the business group, driving P& L, and strategic customer relationships. Her areas of specialisation include HR outsourcing & process consulting and reengineering, talent acquisiton, and shared services. Prior to PeopleStrong, she was a consultant with Hewitt and a practitioner HR professional with Hughes Software. She has done her PGDBA, International Business & HR from NMIMS and her B.Sc.(Hons), Biophysics from Panjab University.
