Santhosh Babu is the MD of OD Alternatives and author of India's first book on coaching published by Wiley. He works with organizations and leaders to shift limiting beliefs and bring about lasting positive change and he has been identified as a CEO Coach and work with Leadership teams of Airtel, Max group, MSD, Novartis, Vodafone, GSK, and NIIT. He is also a visiting faculty at ISB, Hyderabad. He does mostly Culture Change, Leadership Development for Senior Management and High Potentials and Team Building.
