Rajiv Gusain

Rajiv Gusain, based in Gurgaon, is currently Head of Human Resources (HR) at Aksh Optifibre Limited since November 2015. Mr. Gusain has over 19 years of experience in Human Resource Management across different sectors. In his current role, he is responsible for leading the HR function for Optical Fibre, Reinforce Cables and Services businesses and functions as the strategic HR partner to business units located at India and UAE and creating a long term HR strategy to retain and developed human capital.
