Rajat is a Senior Fellow, Human Capital at The Conference Board. Rajat is part of research team with European Mentoring and Coaching Council in the area of coaching. He has worked as Vice President for Accenture India and was leading their IT consulting and Cisco Partnership division while handling multi million dollar accounts and P&L. Rajat is alum of INSEAD and IIT Bombay. He is an Executive Director, Board of Directors, IITBAA.
