R. Sankar is the Executive Director at the consulting firm PricewaterhouseCoopers. At PWC he leads the People & Change Consulting practice which provides cutting-edge HR advisory services to clients in the areas of Organisation and Change, HR Transformation, Rewards and Talent Management. Prior to joining PWC, he was Country Head, India at Mercer where he led the company's consulting's business in India. He has an Associate Membership, Accountancy, First from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
