Prof Neerja Kashive is working as an As.professor at VES’s Institute of Management Studies and Research. She is pursuing her PhD from Mumbai University in area of employer branding with the title, “Impact of Employer and Employee branding on Organizational attractiveness and Firm performance in IT Sector in Mumbai”. Her area of research focus on employer branding, employer brand equity, internal branding, brand loyalty, brand supporting behavior and intangible assets. She has presented and published many research paper in national and international Journals in her area of interest. She has taught various subjects like Organization Behavior, Organization Theory Structure and Design (OTSD), Compensation and Benefit, Counselling Skills, HRM, HR Audit, OD and change, HR Analytics.
She has special interest in research and Business Analytics. She is certified in Base SAS programming from SAS and R programming from MIT (edx) and engage lectures for PGDM Business Analytics students. She has also been certified by IIM Indore in area of HR Analytics. She has conducted FDP program for R programming recently.
Apart from this she was also chair-person for WDC cell for last three years which engaged in lot of activities for girl’s students and organized seminar for them. Presently she is head of Project Co-ordination cell and look after summer internship projects. She is certified Saville International Accreditation program and also key members of VEBAC, an assessment center which conducts various assessments for students, faculty and managers.
