Peter Nicholls

Peter Nicholls is the COO at Flexing It. Peter is a business executive who thrives at the apex of business, government and civil society. He has spent 15 years of his career in the mining and infrastructure sectors wherein he travelled to 65 countries whilst living and working in Australia, Canada, Brazil, London, France, Mongolia & China. More recently he also served as the COO of a global NGO and also advised the Australian government on a new public private extractives aid program. Peter relocated to Delhi in mid-2016 after taking on the role of COO at Flexing It. He has been playing a catalytic role in globalising Flexing It and enabling Indian talent to connect to the corporate outside the Indian geography. He is also leading the company’s thought leadership initiatives on the ‘future of work’ and the gig economy.
