Megha Agarwal

Megha Agarwal is an Associate Manager in the Hospitality, Energy & Infrastructure and Corporate & Commercial practices of ELP. She graduated from the Government Law College, Mumbai in 2013 and has been with ELP since January 2014. Megha has been involved in various hospitality transactions and has also been part of private equity transactions, mergers and acquisitions and shareholder exits, particularly in the hospitality and infrastructure sectors. She regularly advises on compliance and other issues under Indian law.
