Gaurav Gupta is currently the Country Head, Human Resources, AkzoNobel India. He was previously the Director and Head of Human Resources for Carrefour India. Prior to Carrefour, Gaurav has had long stints in Genpact , Ranbaxy Laboratories and Perfetti India. In Genpact, Gaurav not only headed Human resources for their largest clients but also did operating P&L roles spanning across India and the Phillipines. Among his other stints in Ranbaxy he was also chosen to be Executive Assistant to the Global CEO - Mr. D.S. Brar. Gaurav is a passionate history follower and tennis player.
