With over 13 years of consulting experience, Chaitali has worked in areas of Business & Corporate Strategy, Individual, Team and Organization Assessments, HR Strategy and Systems Design, Organization Design, Job Evaluation, Leadership Development and Change Management. She has worked extensively with Indian and Global Clients, particularly in the Public Sector, Telecom Domain, Automobile sector, Textiles and FMCG sectors. Chaitali heads the Pan India business of Right Management India and manages strategy.
