Avik Biswas

Avik leads the Employment Law practice group of IndusLaw and is also part of the Firm’s leadership in its Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption practice. Avik has been ranked by Chambers and Partners, Legal 500, AsiaLaw, Who’s Who Legal and India Business Law Journal (IBLJ) as one of India’s top employment lawyers since 2011. Avik has also been an in-house counsel in the past having spent several crucial years in Infosys Technologies’ legal team.
