Arunanand T A is an Engineer-turned HR professional who currently heads the HR department of the India division of FullContact, Inc. Previously he worked as Head of HR at Profoundis Labs Pvt Ltd, and as Engineer at Oracle. He’s an MTech graduate in Computer Science and Engineering from National Institute of Technology, Calicut. He’s keen on technology-driven & data-driven strategic HR practices.
