Sabih Kidwai is Director, HR at Schneider Electric Infrastructure Limited. Prior to joining Schneider, Kidwai was working with Rockwell Automation India Pvt. Ltd. as Head of HR and organisational development. He has worked for several reputed multinational organisations including Avery Dennison, Denso, and Thomson Press. He has experience in talent acquisition, leadership development, coaching, and change management. He holds a MA degree in HRM and a B. Sc. in Physics from Jamia Millia Islamia.
