Abhishek Thanvi

Abhishek is a Senior Associate in the Corporate Team in the Mumbai office. Prior to joining Khaitan & Co, Abhishek has worked as an Associate at Axon Partners LLP & as a Consultant at OSC (Clifford Chance- Knowledge Centre). Over the past few years, Abhishek has advised several clients on corporate and commercial transactions such as mergers, acquisitions, private equity investments, foreign investment laws, general corporate law advisory and capital market transactions. His practice primarily focuses on advising Indian and international clients on strategic M&As as well as on private equity investments.
