Recently, Ester Martinez, CEO and Editor-in-Chief of People Matters joined Wayne Cheong on CMO Asia Podcast and shared her decade long journey of building a community of more than 300,000 talent leaders. She also talked about expanding into Southeast Asia market and her experience of working in the region. Ester said, “What excites me the most is the way mid-size companies in the region are growing. It is interesting how they are more open to innovate with their people strategies.”
