In its research, Gartner found that businesses looking beyond the COVID-19 pandemic are going to be facing a new challenge: Managing a new kind of highly complicated, hybrid workforce. As per the study, 82 percent of the business leaders said their organizations plan to let employees continue to work from home at least some of the time, while 47 percent plan to allow employees to do so permanently.
